Young Immigrants Share Their Stories

RichDocument Marie's Story
Nineteen-year-old Marie Gonzalez emigrated from Costa Rica with her parents when she was only five. They settled in Misouri, worked hard, paid taxes, and became active members of their community. Tragically, Marie's parents were deported in July of 2005.

William is an undocumented college student studying industrial organizational psychology. He is working to pass the DREAM act so that other students like him can acheive their potential.

Angelito, an undocumented student studying systems engineering in college, has organized marches, rallies, and lobbying activities in support of the DREAM Act.
