ADVANCING COMMUNITY VALUES
- Hosting the Heartland Presidential Forum December 1, 2007, in Des Moines, Iowa, with over 3,600 grassroots leaders from 33 states
- Holding 80 public events nationwide and a significant event in Washington, DC, on December 4, 2008, in partnership with the Gamaliel Foundation's Faith and Democracy Campaign
- Promoting grassroots leaders in the media to talk about our nation’s values
- Building a coalition of elected officials to support Community Value policies
WINNING POLICY CHANGES
- Fighting for health care for all, just and humane immigration reform and an economy that works for everyone
- Building a powerful grassroots to demand change
- Holding Washington to our Community Values vision for America
