Charter Schools: Keeping the Promise? or Dismantling Communities
A forum on charter schools and their impact on public education was held at the Center on March 28, 2007. The event featured presentations about four city's charter experiences, and a spirited dialogue on the difficult questions surrounding the growth of this form of semi-autonomous schools.
